How have you made progress in getting rid of “inner turbulence?” Have you let go of some activities that are just too much for you right now? Did you quit worrying where your boyfriend was one night six months ago?

The Book of Changes says: Be realistic about what you can accomplish in every sphere of your life. That will give you inner balance.

Most Americans suffer from all-or-nothing thinking: If it’s not “the best,” then it’s the worst. These wild swings from one end of the spectrum to the other cause your inner turbulence. Get real and maintain your balance.
