52. Keeping Still

“She goes out in her courtyard and does not see her people. No blame.”

You need to focus on yourself now. Practice yoga, meditation — whatever allows you to still your thoughts and calm your inner distress. There is no blame in not putting others’ needs first all the time.

Keeping Still signals a situation where you need to shift your attention to yourself.

The Book of Changes says: You do not have to engage with every request for attention. Give yourself a break.

No blame attaches to giving yourself time and attention.

…………………….

Tomorrow: Line 1. “Keeping her toes still.”
