Too much focus on the inner workings of your mind, or dwelling on the past, will be harmful. Do not let it cripple your ability to move forward.

Line 2 advised that we find the “hidden enemy” that is holding us back. Anxiety, fear, and impatience were the possibilities.
The Book of Changes now says: Don’t spend too much time and energy dwelling on these hidden enemies. Acknowledge them and bring them into the light. Then keep moving forward.
Remember: “Success through what is small.”
