57. Proceeding Humbly/The Gentle Wind

“Success through what is small.”

You will get where you want to go only by taking slow, steady, small steps. Plot a straight path to your desired destination, and stay on it.

……………………………………………………

I like to call this the Divi Divi hexagram. The Divi Divi tree is Aruba’s natural compass, always pointing in a southwestern direction due to the trade winds that constantly blow across the island from the north-east.

As Brian Browne Walker explains it, “A wind that changes direction often . . . only stirs up the sky. The wind that causes real change is the one that blows consistently in the same direction. There is an important lesson for us in this example.”

The Book of Changes says: You will have success if you work for it in small, even steps. Forget about the Great Leap Forward.

Plenty of change is in the forecast — we received four (4) Changing Lines with this new Main Message.

………………………..

Tomorrow: Changing Line 2: “Proceeding humbly under the bed.”
