Now is a time for a happy, easy break from the constant turmoil so many of us live in. Take a moment to assess your current situation. Do you really have to grind your teeth every minute of the day?

The Book of Changes says: Joyousness does not mean you’re so happy that you’re jumping up and down and clapping your hands. You can be just be delighted that you’re alive. Allow yourself to be contented with what is, right now.
