Clarity about the realities of life will relieve you of a lot of pain and anxiety.
Pissing and moaning because you are getting older is a complete waste of your energy, time, and thought.
The Book of Changes says: You are getting older. You will eventually die. It’s the Big Change that happens to everybody.
Clarity about the inevitability of old age will allow you to expend your energy more wisely in the here and now.
