There is as much “weight” on your shoulders as you can bear. Add even one more ounce of responsibility and you will collapse. Find a way to reduce your burdensnow.

Yes, this is pretty much exactly what yesterday’s main message said; one of the few examples of the Yi repeating itself. That means, “Pay attention!”

A ridge pole is a horizontal beam along the ridge of a roof. It holds the roof up and keeps the whole structure stable. You are the ridge pole holding your situation together.

The Book of Changes is saying: You have taken on too much, out of necessity, but you will not be able to maintain it. You need to lighten your load, asap.

Take note: Others have not placed these burdens on you. You picked up these responsibilities of your own volition, because you felt you had to, but you are not able to carry the load any more. No one is going to come and lift these burdens from your shoulders. You have to let go of them, and let nature take its course.
