What’s the Temptation here? To tell someone off, once and for all. It could be a friend, a relative, a co-worker, your boss . . .

The Yi advises: Don’t do it. Giving this person so much psychological energy and attention is a waste of your valuable personal resources. Use your energy instead to further your own pursuits.

When you stop giving them attention, they’ll be mad. Ignore them.
